Event Description This half-day workshop will provide participants the tools they need to turn potentially difficult situations into successful interactions. We will identify common customer expectations, behaviors that constitute good service, practice effective listening skills, and practice problem solving.
*Learners must be able to attend the entire workshop to receive credit
