Dr. Gayil Talshir San Jose State University Israel Institute Visiting Professor Senior Lecturer at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem . Dr. Talshir’s research focuses on democratic theory, the party system, and civil society. She seeks to integrate her professional interests with practical applications to generate creative solutions to social and environmental needs faced by both the Jewish community and the world at large.
