The Alliance of Indigenous Math Circles ( is an initiative that has grown out of the five-year old Navajo Nation Math Circles project. That project, launched in 2012, has demonstrated that the math circles model can be successfully implemented and used by Native American communities. This talk will share experience gained through work in the Four Corners region and beyond, and discuss math circle problems - some of them leading to open questions in mathematics.
