The Lucas College of Business welcomes students to join us for a one of a kind guest speaker event focused on leadership, growth, and professional development - Gino Blefari.

Gino Blefari is a nationally recognized real estate leader and the former CEO of Intero Real Estate Services, a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate. Over the course of his career, Gino has played a key role in building and leading one of the most respected real estate organizations in the nation, working closely with agents, executives, and teams across multiple markets.

Gino will share his talk, “6 Principles for Personal Growth,” drawing from his professional journey in real estate and leadership. His talk will focus on mindset, discipline, decision-making, and the habits that contribute to long-term success - both professionally and personally. This session will emphasize growth, leadership, and lessons that apply across many industries.

This event will take place on February 9th at the Student Union Theatre and is open to ALL STUDENTS, regardless of major and year. Attendees can expect practical insights, real-world stories, and guidance from someone who has built a career at the highest levels of the real estate industry.
