This course will teach you how to manage staff and MPP recruitments, including moving applications from one status to another. It will also review the processes to run recruitment reports during the screening applications and evaluating interview process.
This work will typically be done by administrative staff in departments, those who typically manage recruitments even if they are not part of the search committee.
This course is required for those who will be in these types of roles and replaces the previous CHRS05 Managing Recruitments course.
Please note: Enrollment for this course closes 2 days prior to the date due to the setup required for each attendee. You will be added to a meeting invite at least 2 days prior to the start date; the invite will contain the Zoom dial-in information for the course.
