In this Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) group, we aim to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where we can reflect and reframe the possible challenges or growth opportunities we experience within our Latino/a/e culture and identities. By also using Yosso's Community Cultural Wealth model, we will explore how it informs our "capital" and assets as tools to assist in our daily functioning and decision making.
