Learn about use of Cultural Intelligence throughout all phases of a DAM project, from selling in the DAM project to a prospective Client, collecting and consulting on Client requirements after the sale, developing the metadata and taxonomy model design for the DAM, planning for downstream consumption of DAM content, Client communications, and lastly the training and on-boarding of users when the project is complete.
Presenter Bio: Douglas Mullin, is a Digital Asset Management (DAM) consultant, covering the four major areas of DAM: People, Process, Content and Technology. Douglas has been working in DAM on the Client and Consulting sides for 23 years, and has an MLIS degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Douglas has done DAM work for Global companies from Taiwan, to Belgium, Finland, Italy, and across the US - all with regional business units whose diverse DAM audiences need to be taken into account.
