 n today’s multicultural communities\, particularly in areas with large i
 mmigrant populations. For many families of Asian heritage\, traditional mu
 sic serves as a vital cultural anchor—connecting generations\, fostering
  understanding\, and strengthening community identity. Aimusic.us––Fir
 ebird Youth Chinese Orchetra (FYCO) will present solos\, duets\, trios\, a
 nd ensembles based on authentic Chinese as well as Californian folksongs\,
  and regional operatic music. These pieces follow traditional Chinese musi
 cal principles\, emphasizing balanced ensemble structure and heritage-base
 d orchestration rather than Westernized models. \n\nNote: This FREE progra
 m is presented in hybrid format. Registrants can attend in-person or on Zo
 om. All registrants will receive a Zoom link to log in at least 30 minutes
  before start time. \n\nTo attend in-person\, location is at Dr. Martin Lu
 ther King\, Jr. Library\, 150 E. San Fernando St.\, San Jose\, CA 95112\, 
 in the Digital Humanities Center (First Floor). Park for FREE the first 90
  minutes at the Fourth Street Parking Garage. Public transportations are a
 vailable.
