This week at Global Connections: Compassion to You

This session will focus on learning about the elements of self-compassion and thinking about how we can kind to ourselves in ways that fit our cultural background and who we are. While it may be easy to think that we should be kind to ourselves, this is easier said than done. Come join us to learn about how to be compassionate to ourselves and how this can enrich our lives further such as being more productive!
