This week at Global Connections: All Things Advocacy: How to Cope with Stress and Advocate for the Greater Good

Election stress is a very unique subtype of anxiety as it leads to an influx of positive and negative emotions in a time of utmost uncertainty. During these times, we may find it hard to manage and regulate our emotions, especially while trying to navigate work and social relationships. We will be discussing dierent ways to manage political stress while also staying politically engaged. We will learn how to advocate and better motivate ourselves to take action while managing our stress levels. Lastly, we will also focus on dierent types of advocacy and the variety of ways to get involved. Your voice matters. Your identity matters. Your presence matters. YOU matter.
