 s\, especially while trying to navigate work and social relationships. We 
 will be discussing dierent ways to manage political stress while also stay
 ing politically engaged. We will learn how to advocate and better motivate
  ourselves to take action while managing our stress levels. Lastly\, we wi
 ll also focus on dierent types of advocacy and the variety of ways to get
