November 17 to 21, 2025 is Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week. SJSU Cares invites all members of the campus community - students, staff and faculty - to donate non-perishable, non-expired food, personal care items and household goods (cleaning supplies, etc.) at a variety of locations around campus, if they are able, to help students in need. 

• SJSU Cares office, Student Success and Global Engagement Suite in Student Union West annex
• Student Wellness Center
• Veterans Resource Center, inside the Diaz Compean Student Union, central wing
• Village Market, on the ground floor of Campus Village building B
• Ginger Market, on the ground floor of MacQuarrie Hall
