Join the Latina Coalition of Silicon Valley on Latina Equal Pay Day, October 3, 2024, by making posters and connecting with others to learn more about the wage gap for many women and Latinas. Latinas make .42 cents for every dollar that a White man makes, Latinas living in Silicon Valley are experiencing even more inequity as they earn 33.5 cents for every dollar that a White man earns (HOPE ESL Report 2022). Connect with inspiring leaders and organizations at our resource fair and be part of the movement to close the wage gap!
