About the program

The LCCP is a free ON-LINE semester-long, self-paced opportunity to help ALL SJSU students develop their strengths and meet their goals. Minimal time commitment No formal leadership experience is required! The Leadership Career Certificate program includes 5 online modules that will prepare students for their life-long career and leadership journeys.

In addition to the content embedded in the program, participants will also explore various SJSU events (both virtual and in-person) of their choice to expand their learning. Students who complete all components of the program will receive a certificate of completion and be formally recognized at the annual Leadership Gala in May 2025.

The Leadership Career and Certificate Program is a partner program hosted by SJSU Student Involvement and the SJSU Career Center.

NOTE: While there may be optional in-person activities as part of the LCCP, the entire program CAN be completed virtually. 

The deadline to register for the Spring LCCP program is 2/14/25. You can register for the semester-long program without attending this information session using this Google form.
