 a Kovacs\, '23 Communication\, '24 MBA\, is a Lead Generative AI Analyst a
 t NVIDIA\, working on the Data Factory side where she leads projects in Ge
 nerative AI. Her role includes managing global teams across the U.S.\, Ind
 ia\, and the Philippines\, supporting QA processes\, building guidelines\,
  and improving workflows and tools. She also collaborates closely with res
 earchers and product teams to execute projects and streamline operations. 
 Before beginning her career in tech\, Reka was an NCAA Division I swimmer 
 and team captain at San José State University. The experience of being a 
 student-athlete instilled discipline\, resilience\, and leadership skills 
 that continue to shape her professional work today.\n\nChase Williams\, '2
 3 Business\, is a Financial Advisor\, Advocate for Generational Wealth\, a
 nd former NFL athlete who brings a unique perspective on resilience\, disc
 ipline\, and teamwork—both on the field and in finance. His mission is t
 o empower individuals\, families\, and business owners to build and protec
 t wealth while making financial literacy accessible for all.\n\nDr. Egbe-E
 tu Etu is an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics in the Lucas Colleg
 e of Business at SJSU. A former track and field and soccer athlete in high
  school and college\, he now partners with SJSU Athletics to support prosp
 ective student-athletes and their families in exploring academic and caree
