The Department of Chicana and Chicano Studies at SJSU and La Raza Historical Society of Santa Clara Valley present the return of the Luis "El Machete" Valdez Speaker Series. The event is a poetry reading by canonical poet Lorna Dee Cervantes, followed by a staged conversation and Q and A with Dr. Eliza Rodriguez and poet laureate Yosamir Reyes.
