Join the Steinbeck Center in a virtual event welcoming biographer William Souder as he discusses his new biography of John Steinbeck, MAD AT THE WORLD, published by W.W. Norton. Souder's previous work includes biographies of Rachel Carson (a New York Times Notable Book) and John James Audubon (a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize). He will be in conversation with Nick Taylor, Director of the Martha Heasley Cox Center for Steinbeck Studies at San José State University.
