This is a supportive and educational Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) group designed to empower parents with practical tools, insights, and a sense of community. All students who identify as parents or a parental figure/guardian are welcome. Each session combines psychoeducation on topics such as emotional development, communication, discipline, and managing stress, with open, guided conversations that foster connection and learning among participants. Whether you’re navigating the challenges of raising young children or guiding teens through life transitions, this group offers a safe space to share experiences, explore new strategies, and build confidence in your parenting journey.
