In this workshop we’ll discuss how comparing ourselves with others and being hard on ourselves is exhausting. We’ll discuss an alternative path to well-being: learning to be kinder to yourself. We’ll cover common myths about self-compassion, provide information on what practicing self-compassion entails, and begin to practice together.
