Get a front-row preview of Children's Musical Theater San Jose's upcoming spring production of Godspell. CMT Rising Star performers ages 8–14 will take the stage to share songs from this beloved musical, followed by a talkback Q&A where audience members can ask the cast about their experience, the show, what it's like to perform live theater, and how to get involved with CMT.

Godspell, with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz, is a joyful, energetic celebration of community, storytelling, and song. CMT San Jose's talented cast is bringing it to life this spring with performances from April 24 - May 3. This free community event is a wonderful opportunity for families to experience the magic of musical theater up close.

All are welcome. Whether you're a longtime CMT fan or discovering theater for the first time, come celebrate the arts and meet the cast!

How to Attend

This is a hybrid program. Attend in person at the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Library at the Digital Humanities Center or online.

Online registrants can attend on Zoom or in-person. Zoom link will be sent to all registrants at least 1 hour before start time.
