 nd Lev Grigorevich\nBrodaty. Artists reading a work of fiction form their 
 conception of the\ncharacters\, not just from the author’s portrayals\, 
 but from the conditioning\ninfluences that shaped them to make them creato
 rs in their own right. These\nillustrations serve to supplement the story.
  More than a representation\, they help\ndraw the reader in by giving face
 s to the names of the characters and\nbackground to the times and places w
 here the stories are set. The exhibit is open\nMonday - Friday 11:00 a.m.-
 6:00 p.m.\, Saturday 1:00 p.m-5:00 p.m.\nIncluded are works by artists Car
