Sweden is the land of free universal healthcare, free public education through university, 8 weeks paid vacation, two and a half years parental leave, guaranteed pensions, and more. How do they do it? Social democracy. Learn about the Swedish political system and the social democratic model while earning 3 units during this 16-day program in June 2025. During this program, you’ll travel to three different cities and regions of Sweden, meet with Swedish elected officials and community leaders, tour houses of governance and various museums, explore the surrounding nature by boat, and more!
