Join us for a showing of the film M3GAN, everyone's favorite (terrifying) AI companion! The movie is meant as a companion to the first story, "Robbie," in the Campus Read book for this year, I, Robot by Isaac Asimov. Both the story and the film ask the same question: What happens when a guardian becomes concerned about how a robot friend is interacting with a human child? The answers are very different in M3GAN as we get to see the dangers of programming and a belief in the purely positive presence of AI in our lives.
